To be able to give care and support to others who are in need through ill health or disability gives me an immense sense of fullfilment.
I have a considerable amount of experience obtained during the past eight years. I have supported people with many different conditions; Motor Neurones Disease, Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Cancer, Autism, Downs Syndrome and many others.
During my early twenties and thirties I was a fireman in the Hampshire Fire Service. I retrained in IT after a few years abroad in Florida with my wife.

I have worked with Ray for approximately five years. He is very reliable and is an excellent carer/support worker. He is very honest and trustworthy and will always give his job his all. He is very willing and capable and will always go the extra mile when needed. I would definitely employ him if I needed care and would definitely work with him.
